Our Goats
We have Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats at our place along with a Nigerian Dwarf-Saanen/La Mancha cross doe. We think we have a couple of does bred, but we're not sure yet. If they are, we should have kids on the ground about April or May hopefully.
Since we have no goats in milk we have had to go back to store-bought milk. YUCKK! It tastes sooooo watered down compared to our goat milk; I really miss the creamy texture and flavor! Also, the Kefir we've been making does NOT get the thick consistency as we got with the goat milk. I miss our goat milk!
